My 14-year old started amytriptyline 5 days ago because of continuous Headaches and some dizziness. Since on amytriptyline has had quite a bit of dizziness and extremely sluggish (very difficult for him to get up and to go to school). Presently very difficult for him to function because of dizziness and slugginess - Headache still there but not the reason for him being non-functional.
