Benadryl Cough Causes and Reviews

Coughing is a reflex that keeps your throat and airways clear. Although it can be annoying, Coughing helps your body heal or protect itself. Coughs can be either acute or chronic. Acute Coughs begin suddenly and usually last no more than 2 to 3 weeks. Acute Coughs are the kind you most often get with a cold, flu, or acute bronchitis. Chronic Coughs last longer than 2 to 3 weeks. Causes of chronic Cough include

  • Chronic bronchitis
  • Asthma
  • Allergies
  • COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
  • GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease)
  • Smoking
  • Throat disorders, such as croup in young children
  • Some medicines

Water can help ease your Cough - whether you drink it or add it to the air with a steamy shower or vaporizer. If you have a cold or the flu, antihistamines may work better than non-prescription Cough medicines. Children under four should not have Cough medicine. For children over four, use caution and read labels carefully.

Benadryl Cough Reviews

Can I die from taking this many. Is it physicly addicting? Sorry about my spelling.

I loved these strips. I have had allergic reactions to my own allergy shots. After waiting at the Dr.'s office for 15 minutes after my allergy shot, I leave to go shopping. Sometimes I can feel a little thickening in my throat, similar to when I've had a really bad reaction and had to go to the ER for help, or went back to the Dr.'s office for a shot of epinepherine. When I feel just a small reaction beginning, I have put one of the Benadryl Quick Dissolve Strips on my tongue. I get a pretty fast result and I can continue shopping rather than worrying about a worse reaction.

Now, when I went to buy more of this product, it isn't available at any local stores, or on line at safe sites. Each store tells me that people are coming in and wanting them and getting upset when they can't find them.

Why were these strips taken off the market?
