  • Previscan (fluindione) 20 Mg Tablets (20 Mg (20 Mg, 1 D))
  • Augmentin '125' (2 Gm (2 Gm))
  • Lasix (40 Mg (40 Mg, 1 D))
  • Ramipril (5 Mg (5 Mg, 1 D))
  • Tiapridal (tiapride) (100 Mg (100 Mg, 1 D))
, and developed a serious reaction and a Malaise side effect. The patient presented with:
