Flushing, Accidental Overdose

This case suggests a potential Clarinase-24 Accidental Overdose side effect(s) that can have serious consequences. A 2-year-old patient from AU (weight:NA) was diagnosed with the following health condition(s): NA and used Clarinase-24 (dosage: 3 Clarynase) starting NS. Soon after starting Clarinase-24 the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Flushing
  • Accidental Overdose
Drugs used concurrently:NA. The patient was hospitalized. Although Clarinase-24 demonstrated significant improvements in a number of clinically relevant cases, troublesome symptoms, such as Accidental Overdose, may still occur.

A 42-year-old patient (weight: NA) was diagnosed with the following medical condition(s): food allergy,rhinitis allergic.On 201108 a consumer started treatment with Clarinase (dosage: 2 Df, Qd). The following health products were being taken at the same time: NA. When commencing Clarinase, the patient experienced the following unwanted symptoms /side effects:

  • Nausea
  • Food Aversion
  • Headache
  • Pain In Extremity
  • Arthralgia
  • Hyperhidrosis
  • Somnolence
  • Fatigue

The patient developed the following symptoms/conditions: food allergy,rhinitis allergic and was treated with Clarinase (dosage: 2 Df, Qd) starting 201108. Concurrently used drugs: NA. Soon after that, the subject experienced the following of symptoms:
  • Pain
  • Nausea
  • Food Aversion
  • Headache
  • Pain In Extremity
  • Arthralgia
  • Hyperhidrosis
  • Somnolence
  • Fatigue
This opens a possibility that Clarinase could cause Headache and that some subjects may be more susceptible.

on May 11, 2005 a male from , 57 years of age, was diagnosed with and was treated with Clarinase (loratadine 10mg / Pseudoephedrine 240mg) Tablets. Directly after treatment started, patient experienced the unwanted or unexpected Clarinase side effects: blood ph increased, dyspnoea, electrocardiogram abnormal, haemoglobin increased, hypertensive crisis, hyperventilation, hypoaesthesia, international normalised ratio decreased, laboratory test abnormal. Clarinase (loratadine 10mg / Pseudoephedrine 240mg) Tablets dosage: 1 Tb Qd Oral.

  • Toclase Expectorant Oral Solution (60 Ml Qd Oral)
  • Coversyl
