Outcome Measures: Amplifying the severity of all three risk factors of Virchow's triad is expected to lead to a synergistic increase in regional thrombin formation;   Pressure distention is the main stimulus that creates a loss of thrombin control within the SVG;   Accurate tests of graft quality will be developed that provide rapid results for ready translation into clinical applications;   Aprotinin or bivalirudin will effectively suppress thrombin generation and its effects within the highest risk grafts

6 Recruiting Efficacy/Safety of Human Plasminogen Eye Drop in Ligneous Conjunctivitis Patients
Condition: Ligneous Conjunctivitis
Intervention: Biological: Human Plasminogen
Outcome Measures: Number of eyes with recurrent ligneous membranes after initially showing total regression after treatment or after surgical excision.;   Number of eyes with reduction of overall membrane surface area assessed by measurement of scaled photographs at study start and at the end of each 4 week cycle.;   Number of subjects who experience adverse events.;   Number of subjects who develop antibodies against human plasminogen.;   Number of subjects who develop antibodies against bovine Aprotinin.;   Number of subjects who experience signs and symptoms of sensitization.
