Condition: Ocular GVHD
Interventions: Drug: Tacrolimus;   Drug: Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate
Outcome Measures: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of topical tacrolimus 0.05% twice a day in the treatment of patients with ocular GVHD.;   To compare the efficacy of topical tacrolimus 0.05% twice a day to the efficacy of topical methylprednisolone sodium succinate 0.5% twice a day in reducing signs and symptoms of dry eye in patients with ocular GVHD.

These studies may lead to new treatments and are adding insight into Liquitears etiology and treatment.
