Soon after starting Coveram the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:

  • Hyponatraemia
  • Hypokalaemia
  • Altered State Of Consciousness
  • Malaise
  • Urinary Retention
  • Asthenia
Drugs used concurrently:
  • Nitroglycerin
  • Paroxetine Hydrochloride (20mg Per Day)
  • Aspirin (80mg Single Dose)
  • Omeprazole (40mg Per Day)
  • The patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Although Coveram demonstrated significant improvements in a number of clinically relevant cases, troublesome symptoms, such as Hypokalaemia, may still occur.
