This case suggests a potential Dalacine Renal Failure Acute side effect(s) that can have serious consequences. A 78-year-old patient from FR (weight:NA) was diagnosed with the following health condition(s): arthritis bacterial and used Dalacine (dosage: Unk) starting Jun 29, 2012. Soon after starting Dalacine the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Renal Failure Acute
  • Tubulointerstitial Nephritis
  • Hyperkalaemia
  • Oliguria
Drugs used concurrently:NA. The patient was hospitalized. Although Dalacine demonstrated significant improvements in a number of clinically relevant cases, troublesome symptoms, such as Renal Failure Acute, may still occur.

This Pruritus problem was reported by a health professional from FR. A 82-year-old patient (weight: NA) was diagnosed with the following medical condition(s): streptococcal infection.On Aug 30, 2013 a consumer started treatment with Dalacine (dosage: 300 Mg, 3x/day). The following health products were being taken at the same time:
  • Amoxicillin (3 G, Daily)
  • Amoxicillin
  • Amoxicillin (3 G, Daily)
  • Vancomycin (Unk)
  • When commencing Dalacine, the patient experienced the following unwanted symptoms /side effects:
    • Pruritus

  • Rimactan (1200 Mg, 1x/day)
  • Pyostacine (1500 Mg, 1x/day)
  • Lyrica
  • Tahor
  • Imovane
  • Kardegic
  • Bisoprolol
  • Cortancyl
  • Soon after that, the subject experienced the following of symptoms:
    • Purpura
    • Eosinophilia
    The patient was hospitalized. This opens a possibility that Dalacine could cause Eosinophilia and that some female subjects may be more susceptible.
