This case suggests a potential Deponit Dyspnoea side effect(s) that can have serious consequences. A 76-year-old female patient from IT (weight:NA) was diagnosed with the following health condition(s): systemic sclerosis,raynaud^s phenomenon and used Deponit (dosage: 15 Transdermal Patches) starting Feb 26, 2012. Soon after starting Deponit the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Chest Pain
  • Confusional State
  • Balance Disorder
  • Dyspnoea
  • Headache
  • Incorrect Dose Administered
Drugs used concurrently:NA. Although Deponit demonstrated significant improvements in a number of clinically relevant cases, troublesome symptoms, such as Dyspnoea, may still occur.

Adverse event was reported on Nov 23, 2011 by a Female taking Depon (Dosage: NA) was diagnosed with and. Location: GREECE , 74 years of age, Directly after treatment started, patient experienced the unwanted or unexpected Depon side effects: musculoskeletal pain, tendon rupture.

This Tendon Rupture problem was reported by a consumer or non-health professional from GREECE. A 74-year-old female patient (weight: NA) was diagnosed with the following medical condition(s): musculoskeletal pain,hypercholesterolaemia.On Jan 01, 2007 a consumer started treatment with Depon (dosage: NA). The following health products were being taken at the same time:
  • Pravachol
  • When commencing Depon, the patient experienced the following unwanted symptoms /side effects:
    • Musculoskeletal Pain
    • Tendon Rupture
    Although all health products are carefully tested before they are licensed for use, they carry potential side effect risks. Some side effects, such as Tendon Rupture, may become evident only after a product is in use by the general population.

    A case of a 76-year-old female patient (weight: NA) from IT was presented. The patient developed the following symptoms/conditions: systemic sclerosis,raynaud^s phenomenon and was treated with Deponit (dosage: 15 Transdermal Patches) starting Feb 26, 2012. Concurrently used drugs: NA. Soon after that, the subject experienced the following of symptoms:
    • Chest Pain
    • Confusional State
    • Balance Disorder
    • Dyspnoea
    • Headache
    • Incorrect Dose Administered
    This opens a possibility that Deponit could cause Balance Disorder and that some female subjects may be more susceptible.

Deponit dosage: 15 Transdermal Patches.
