This case suggests a potential Desloratadine Dyspnoea side effect(s) that can have serious consequences. A 57-year-old patient from US (weight:NA) was diagnosed with the following health condition(s): multiple allergies and used Desloratadine (dosage: NA) starting Jun 12, 2012. Soon after starting Desloratadine the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Dyspnoea
  • Urticaria
  • Palpitations
  • Ear Swelling
  • Local Swelling
Drugs used concurrently:NA. Although Desloratadine demonstrated significant improvements in a number of clinically relevant cases, troublesome symptoms, such as Dyspnoea, may still occur.

This Pyrexia problem was reported by a physician from IT. A 72-year-old female patient (weight: NA) was diagnosed with the following medical condition(s): pyrexia,herpes zoster.On Jan 23, 2013 a consumer started treatment with Desloratadine (dosage: 1 Df, Once). The following health products were being taken at the same time:
  • Ibuprofen (Unk)
  • Brivudine (125 Mg, Qd)
  • Tachipirina (2000 Mg, Qd)
  • When commencing Desloratadine, the patient experienced the following unwanted symptoms /side effects:
    • Pyrexia
    • Off Label Use
    The patient was hospitalized. Although all health products are carefully tested before they are licensed for use, they carry potential side effect risks. Some side effects, such as Pyrexia, may become evident only after a product is in use by the general population.

    • Asthma
    • Condition Aggravated
