A 10-year-old patient from CHINA (weight:NA) was diagnosed with the following health condition(s): dermatitis atopic and used Diprospan (betamethasone Sodium Phosphate/dipropionate) (betamethasone (dosage: 1 Ml;once; Im) starting Sep 11, 2009. Soon after starting Diprospan (betamethasone Sodium Phosphate/dipropionate) (betamethasone the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Anaphylactoid Reaction
Drugs used concurrently:NA. Although Diprospan (betamethasone Sodium Phosphate/dipropionate) (betamethasone demonstrated significant improvements in a number of clinically relevant cases, troublesome symptoms, such as Anaphylactoid Reaction, may still occur.

Location: RUSSIAN FEDERATION , 72 years of age, Directly after treatment started, patient experienced the unwanted or unexpected Diprospan side effects: convulsion, dizziness.

This Headache problem was reported by a consumer or non-health professional from DK. A 48-year-old patient (weight: NA) was diagnosed with the following medical condition(s): rotator cuff syndrome.On Aug 09, 2011 a consumer started treatment with Diprospan (dosage: Dosis: 2 Ml D. 9.8.11 Og 2 Ml 6.09.11, Styrke: 7 Mg/ml). The following health products were being taken at the same time: NA. When commencing Diprospan, the patient experienced the following unwanted symptoms /side effects:
  • Visual Impairment
  • Headache
  • Sleep Disorder
  • Anger
  • Constipation
  • Eye Pain
  • Renal Impairment
  • Arthralgia
  • Back Pain

The patient developed the following symptoms/conditions: vascular insufficiency and was treated with Diprospan (dosage: 1 Df, Qd) starting May 05, 2012. Concurrently used drugs: NA. Soon after that, the subject experienced the following of symptoms:
  • Pneumonia
  • Varicose Ulceration
  • Arthralgia
  • Syncope
  • Hypertension
The patient was hospitalized. This opens a possibility that Diprospan could cause Syncope and that some subjects may be more susceptible.
