Soon after starting Fluoxetine Hydrochloride the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Toxicity To Various Agents
  • Completed Suicide
  • Cardiac Arrest
  • Coma
  • Status Epilepticus
  • Decerebrate Posture
  • Cardiogenic Shock
  • Arrhythmia
Drugs used concurrently:
  • Flecainide
  • Clonidine
  • Clonazepam
  • Lisinopril
  • Furosemide
  • Potassium Chloride

The following health products were being taken at the same time: NA. When commencing Fluoxetine (fluoxetine), the patient experienced the following unwanted symptoms /side effects:
    • Anxiety
    • Panic Attack
    • Self-injurious Ideation
    • Suicidal Ideation
