Soon after starting Haldol the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Self Injurious Behaviour
  • Confusional State
  • Intentional Overdose
  • Nausea
Drugs used concurrently:
  • Antra
  • Silodyx
  • Agomelatine
  • Although Haldol demonstrated significant improvements in a number of clinically relevant cases, troublesome symptoms, such as Self Injurious Behaviour, may still occur.

    This Suicide Attempt problem was reported by a physician from DE. A 19-year-old female patient (weight: NA) was diagnosed with the following medical condition(s): NA.On Sep 04, 2013 a consumer started treatment with Haldol (dosage: Total Dose - 1000 Mg). The following health products were being taken at the same time:
  • Ciatyl-z Acuphase (Total Dose - 500 Mg)
  • Dominal
  • Neurocil
  • When commencing Haldol, the patient experienced the following unwanted symptoms /side effects:
    • Suicide Attempt
    • Overdose
    • Somnolence

  • Agomelatine
  • Soon after that, the subject experienced the following of symptoms:
    • Self Injurious Behaviour
    • Confusional State
    • Intentional Overdose
    • Nausea
    This opens a possibility that Haldol could cause Intentional Overdose and that some female subjects may be more susceptible.

    on Nov 20, 2013 a Female from BR , 46 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with and was treated with Haldol. Directly after treatment started, patient experienced the unwanted or unexpected Haldol side effects: investigation, blood pressure increased, foaming at mouth, tongue movement disturbance, trismus, muscle tightness, malaise, tremor, off label use. Haldol dosage: NA. The patient was hospitalized.
