PARAESTHESIA Symptoms and Causes

The brain, spinal cord, and nerves make up the nervous system. Together they control all the workings of the body. When something goes wrong with a part of your nervous system, you can have trouble moving, speaking, swallowing, breathing, or learning. You can also have problems with your memory, senses, or mood.

There are more than 600 neurologic diseases. Major types include

  • Diseases caused by faulty genes, such as Huntington's disease and muscular dystrophy
  • Problems with the way the nervous system develops, such as spina bifida
  • Degenerative diseases, where nerve cells are damaged or die, such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease
  • Diseases of the blood vessels that supply the brain, such as stroke
  • Injuries to the spinal cord and brain
  • Seizure disorders, such as epilepsy
  • Cancer, such as brain tumors
  • infections, such as meningitis

**The reason i reccomend 300-350mg is because i did that ammount 2 times with benadryl and it wasnt the best but i dont think it was horrible, and the second time i did 325mg and mixed it with weed and a few mood helper pills i found at my sisters ho

A few days ago i took 450 mg of diphenhydramine in sleeping pills, i know it is extremely stupid and i regret it 100%, first off when i took it i was very stoned and i thought they were benadryl because all i read was the diphenhydramine, about a hal

I loved these strips. I have had allergic reactions to my own allergy shots. After waiting at the Dr.'s office for 15 minutes after my allergy shot, I leave to go shopping. Sometimes I can feel a little thickening in my throat, similar to when I'v

Ive been taking Diphenhydramine 25-50mgms nightly for some years, and my pharmacist is concerned that there may be some long-term psychological problems if I continue taking them,is this a serious concern?

NEVER AGAIN....!! I have never felt more out of control whilst taking these pills. Pounding headaches, nightmares, fear of falling asleep. Who ever came up with this should be locked in a room with the stuff...!!

How long do the side effects generally last? My daughter had 4 IV infusions (one every 3 days). After the 4th infusion she developed a headache and paraesthesia. The headaches have not gone away and the paraesthesia comes and goes.

PARAESTHESIA Clinical Trials and Studies

Treatments might be new drugs or new combinations of drugs, new surgical procedures or devices, or new ways to use existing treatments. The goal of clinical trials is to determine if a new test or treatment works and is safe. Clinical trials can also look at other aspects of care, such as improving the quality of life for people with chronic illnesses. People participate in clinical trials for a variety of reasons. Healthy volunteers say they participate to help others and to contribute to moving science forward. Participants with an illness or disease also participate to help others, but also to possibly receive the newest treatment and to have the additional care and attention from the clinical trial staff.
