Has anyone had any side effects when taking amoxicillin with Tikosyn?

I have been on Tikosyn (500mg 2X/day) for a month and have experienced similar side effects as Janet in Oklahoma. Specifically weight gain and joint pain and stiffness.

I started Tikosyn 3 days ago. I stayed in hospital as per the instructions regarding usage of this drug. I suffered no side-effects and my correct dosage - 500 mg twice daily in my case - was safely established.

I'm on a regimen of Tikosyn, 25mg twice a day. I came to Europe, decided to stay and extra week which means I'll need more Tikosyn. I had someone ship it to me with all the necessary papers and it's stuck in custom in Frankfurt. So...is the
