The following health products were being taken at the same time:

  • Metformin (metformin)
  • Triamterene And Hydrochlorothizide (dyazide)
  • When commencing Ibuprofen, the patient experienced the following unwanted symptoms /side effects:
    • Gastrointestinal Haemorrhage
    • Pancreatitis Acute
    • Vomiting
    • Weight Fluctuation
    • Nausea
