Soon after starting Isosorbide Mononitrate Extended Release the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Angina Pectoris
  • Malaise
  • Raynaud^s Phenomenon
  • Condition Aggravated
  • Arrhythmia
  • Atrial Fibrillation
  • Product Quality Issue

Associated medications used:
  • Enalapril (20 Mg, 2x/day)
  • Cortisone Acetate (5 Mg, 1x/day)
  • Enbrel (50 Mg, Once Weekly)
The patient was hospitalized.
