Soon after starting Karvezide the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Hyponatraemia
  • Asthenia
  • Urticaria
Drugs used concurrently:
  • Acetylsalicylic Acid
  • Nebilox (Strength: 5 Mg)
  • Crestor
  • The patient was hospitalized. Although Karvezide demonstrated significant improvements in a number of clinically relevant cases, troublesome symptoms, such as Hyponatraemia, may still occur.

    • Limpidex (Caps)
    • Eutirox (Tabs)
    • Dibase (1df= 25.000 Iu/2.5 Ml)

    This Fall problem was reported by a physician from IT. A 80-year-old female patient (weight: NA) was diagnosed with the following medical condition(s): essential hypertension.On Nov 10, 2013 a consumer started treatment with Karvezide (dosage: NA). The following health products were being taken at the same time:
  • Cardura (Strength:2 Mg)
  • When commencing Karvezide, the patient experienced the following unwanted symptoms /side effects:
    • Fall
    • Syncope
    • Vertigo
    The patient was hospitalized. Although all health products are carefully tested before they are licensed for use, they carry potential side effect risks. Some side effects, such as Fall, may become evident only after a product is in use by the general population.

    A case of a 85-year-old female patient (weight: NA) from ES was presented. The patient developed the following symptoms/conditions: hypertension,pain,arthropathy and was treated with Karvezide (dosage: Df: 300/12.5 Mg) starting 200609. Concurrently used drugs:
  • Ibuprofen (Last Dose: 15jun2010)
  • Lornoxicam (Last Dose: 26may2010)
  • Arcoxia (Last Dose: 26may2010)
  • Estomil (Last Dose: 15jun2010)
  • Serc (Last Dose: 15jun2010)
  • Soon after that, the subject experienced the following of symptoms:
    • Renal Failure Acute
    • Haemoglobin Decreased
    The patient was hospitalized. This opens a possibility that Karvezide could cause Renal Failure Acute and that some female subjects may be more susceptible.

    Vertigo, Photophobia, Dizziness, Hypokalaemia

    on Apr 02, 2013 a Female from IT , 66 years of age, was treated with Karvezide. Directly after treatment started, patient experienced the unwanted or unexpected Karvezide side effects: vertigo, photophobia, dizziness, hypokalaemia. Karvezide dosage: Interr 9mar13.
