This case suggests a potential Largactil Agitation side effect(s) that can have serious consequences. A patient from FR (weight:NA) was diagnosed with the following health condition(s): exposure during pregnancy and used Largactil (dosage: NA) starting Jul 21, 2009. Soon after starting Largactil the patient began experiencing various side effects, including:
  • Agitation Neonatal
  • Exposure During Pregnancy
  • Hypertonia
  • Poor Sucking Reflex
Drugs used concurrently:
  • Stilnox
  • Methadone
  • Seresta
  • The patient was hospitalized. Although Largactil demonstrated significant improvements in a number of clinically relevant cases, troublesome symptoms, such as Agitation, may still occur.

    • Zyprexa (10 Mg, Daily (1/d))
    • Tranxene
    • Tegretol
    The patient was hospitalized.

  • Zyprexa (10 Mg, Daily (1/d))

  • Tegretol
  • When commencing Largactil, the patient experienced the following unwanted symptoms /side effects:
    • Pancreatitis
    • Eating Disorder
    • Platelet Count Decreased
    • Schizophrenia
    • Gastric Haemorrhage
    • Abnormal Behaviour
    • Agitation
    • Sleep Disorder

  • Zyprexa (10 Mg, Daily (1/d))
  • Tranxene
  • Tegretol
  • Soon after that, the subject experienced the following of symptoms:
    • Pancreatitis
    • Eating Disorder
    • Platelet Count Decreased
    • Schizophrenia
    • Gastric Haemorrhage
    • Abnormal Behaviour
    • Agitation
    • Sleep Disorder
    The patient was hospitalized. This opens a possibility that Largactil could cause Eating Disorder and that some subjects may be more susceptible.
