Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES reported ACCOLATE problem on Oct 16, 2006. Female patient, 75 years of age, weighting 190.0 lb, was treated with ACCOLATE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: urticaria. ACCOLATE dosage: 20 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with DIOVAN, VERAPAMIL, ADVAIR DISKUS. Patient recovered.

Patient died on 05/22/2004.
