Female patient, weighting 13.23 lb, was diagnosed with induction of anaesthesia, neuromuscular blockade and was treated with Amidate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, cardiac disorder, ventricular fibrillation. Amidate dosage: 2 MG, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL CITRATE, ROCURONIUM, FLUIDS. Patient died.
