After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, haemarthrosis, hypertriglyceridaemia, international normalised ratio increased, melaena, normochromic normocytic anaemia, renal failure acute. Antara dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized.
