Female patient, 50 years of age, weighting 210.0 lb, was diagnosed with infection prophylaxis, wound What is wound and was treated with Antibiotic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock. Antibiotic dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 55 years of age, weighting 220.0 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Antibiotic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness What is dizziness, injection site bruising, injection site irritation, injection site pain. Antibiotic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, AVANDIA, ASPIRIN, CELEBREX, BYETTA. Patient recovered.
