Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Antihypertensive. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriosclerosis coronary artery, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased, bundle branch block right, cardiomyopathy , conduction disorder, histology abnormal, pulmonary hypertension , sinus arrest. Antihypertensive dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INDOMETHACIN, CHLOROQUINE PHOSPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
