After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: muscle spasms, pain in extremity, spinal column stenosis. Benicar dosage: 40.25 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with DARVOCET, VALIUM, TENORMIN, LASIX, NEXIUM, MOTRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
