Female patient, 14 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Cefalexin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, haemolytic anaemia, renal tubular necrosis. Cefalexin dosage: 250 MG. During the same period patient was treated with TRIMETHOPRIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
