After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: bone trimming, gingivitis, osteomyelitis, osteonecrosis, primary sequestrum, sequestrectomy, tooth extraction, toothache, wound dehiscence. CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TAXOTERE, ZOLADEX, ZOMETA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
