Health Professional from NETHERLANDS reported Chlorthalidone side effect on Jan 31, 2007. Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent, procedural pain and was treated with Chlorthalidone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adjustment disorder, blood glucose abnormal, bradycardia, dependent personality disorder, haemoglobin decreased, hypercapnia, hypokalaemia, hypomagnesaemia, hypophosphataemia. Chlorthalidone dosage: 50 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, INSULIN, MORPHINE, BUPIVACAINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
