Female patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with infection prophylaxis and was treated with CICLOSPORIN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: neurotoxicity. CICLOSPORIN dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, CEFEPIME, METRONIDAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/01/2005.
