Male patient, 51 years of age, weighting 190.0 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection and was treated with CIPROFLOXICIN. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: anxiety , condition aggravated, insomnia, myalgia, neuropathy peripheral, tendon pain. CIPROFLOXICIN dosage: 500 MG 2 X DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
