Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES reported CLOPIDOGREL problem on Aug 06, 2007. Male patient, 86 years of age, weighting 186.8 lb, was treated with CLOPIDOGREL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: duodenal ulcer, gastric haemorrhage, necrosis. CLOPIDOGREL dosage: 75MG EVERY DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

CLOPIDOGREL problem was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 09, 2007. Male patient, weighting 189.6 lb, was diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome and was treated with CLOPIDOGREL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: cardiac tamponade. CLOPIDOGREL dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN, ANCEF, NIASPAN, LOPRESSOR, ZOCOR, SEROQUEL, DEPAKOTE, CHANTIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage. CLOPIDOGREL dosage: 75MG EVERY DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
