Health Professional from GERMANY reported CLORAZEPATE problem on Feb 22, 2008. Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with sedation, atrial fibrillation, prophylaxis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was treated with CLORAZEPATE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: stevens-johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis. CLORAZEPATE dosage: 5MG, TID; PO, 10 MG, HS, PO. During the same period patient was treated with CLORAZEPATE DIPOTASSIUM, ISOPTIN, PANTOPRAZOLE, THEOPHYLLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
