Male patient, 50 years of age, weighting 168.0 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Colistimethate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypokalaemia, hypomagnesaemia. Colistimethate dosage: 150MG Q12H IV BOLUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
