and was treated with Colistin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: lethargy, loss of consciousness, movement disorder , respiratory failure. Colistin dosage: 115 MG IV Q 12HR. During the same period patient was treated with APAP, AMIODARONE, ASPIRIN, DOBUTAMINE, INSULIN, CEFAZOLIN, CHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient recovered.
