Female patient, 55 years of age, weighting 142.0 lb, was diagnosed with headache , breakthrough pain and was treated with Cyclobenzaprine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, atrioventricular block first degree, blood pressure systolic increased, life support, loss of consciousness, pupil fixed, respiratory arrest, respiratory rate decreased. Cyclobenzaprine dosage: 10 MG, PRN, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCODONE, ATENOLOL, FUROSEMIDE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, CONJEGATED ESTROGEN, TEMAZEPAM, CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
