Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES reported Dephyze side effect on Jan 16, 2008. Male patient, weighting 225.0 lb, was treated with Dephyze. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pharmaceutical product counterfeit. Dephyze dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SYMAGIN. Patient recovered.
