Patient reported the following DEPO side effects:"dizziness, severe headaches, severe nausea, fainting with neurological signs (hands trembling, head twitching, eyes are wide open not blinking), after each major fainting episode patient was fine after 5 minutes, all vital signs were normal. Receives injection intrathecally every 2 to 3 weeks. Patient is worse the first week and half,then gradually seems to start feeling better. Gets another and one day after it starts all over.
