Patient reported the following DEPOCYTE side effects:"dizziness, severe headaches, severe nausea, fainting with neurological signs (hands trembling, head twitching, eyes are wide open not blinking), after each major fainting episode patient was fine after 5 minutes, all vital signs were normal. Receives injection intrathecally every 2 to 3 weeks. Patient is worse the first week and half,then gradually seems to start feeling better. Gets another and one day after it starts all over. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: neurological symptom, paraplegia. Depocyte dosage: 15 MG; 1X; INTH. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, PREDNISOLONE, THIOTEPA. Patient recovered.
