After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: dehydration, hypoglycaemia, renal failure acute, vomiting. DIAFORMIN dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIAMICRON, TRITACE, DIFLUCAN, CIPRO, AUGMENTIN, MINAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
