After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: arthralgia, dyspnoea, fatigue, gait disturbance, heart rate increased, heart rate irregular, joint swelling, oedema peripheral, ventricular extrasystoles. DYNACIRC dosage: 5 MG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with TRAZODONE, DIOVAN, ZOLOFT, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, INDERAL. Patient recovered.
