Consumer or non-health professional from FINLAND reported EMCONCOR problem on Mar 02, 2006. Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, retinal artery thrombosis, hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with EMCONCOR. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: abdominal pain upper, anuria, cholecystectomy, colectomy, compartment syndrome, duodenal fistula, duodenal perforation, gallbladder disorder, ileostomy. EMCONCOR dosage: 5 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with MAREVAN, CANEF. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
