, neuralgia and was treated with Endocet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchopneumonia, cardio-respiratory arrest, incorrect dose administered, musculoskeletal stiffness, oedema. Endocet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DURAGESIC, HYDROCODONE, XANAX, CANNABIS, TOPAMAX. Patient died on 11/14/2005.
