After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, blood pressure increased, blood sodium decreased, bradycardia, coma, deafness, foreign body trauma. Fentanyl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRAMADOL, HYDROCODONE, BENZODIAZEPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
