Folic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HUMIRA, DIDRONEL, RANITIDINE, ATENOLOL, TENORETIC, ALENDRONATE, OMEPRAZOLE, DICLOFENAC. Patient was hospitalized. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, dehydration, pyrexia, renal failure acute, urine output decreased. Folic dosage: 1 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, ASCORBIC ACID, KEPPRA, EXJADE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
