Patient died.FORADIL problem was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on Sept 11, 2007. Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 205.0 lb, was diagnosed with asthma, hypertension and was treated with FORADIL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: haemoglobin decreased, myelodysplastic syndrome, platelet count decreased. FORADIL dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALVESCO, RENITEC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 59 years of age, weighting 209.4 lb, was diagnosed with asthma, hypothyroidism, blood triglycerides, peripheral vascular disorder, hypertension, anxiety and was treated with FORADIL. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: anxiety, cardiomegaly, chest discomfort, cough, dyspnoea, echocardiogram abnormal, influenza, musculoskeletal discomfort, palpitations.
