During the same period patient was treated with AMLODIPINE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, FUROSEMIDE, SALBUTAMOL. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: agitation, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, condition aggravated, confusional state, disorientation, dyskinesia, electroencephalogram abnormal, mechanical ventilation, metabolic acidosis. GABAPENTIN dosage: INCREASED TO 900 MG DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with PROPRANOLOL. Patient was hospita
