Glibomet Side Effects Report #5368204-1
Consumer or non-health professional from ITALY reported Glibomet side effect on June 20, 2007. Male patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent, bone pain and was treated with Glibomet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, antibody test abnormal, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, coagulation time shortened, duodenal ulcer, endoscopy abnormal, gastric haemorrhage, hepatic failure. Glibomet dosage: 400 GLIBE - 2.5 METF MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with VOLTAREN. Patient died on 05/16/2007.

Glibomet side effect was reported by a Physician from ITALY on Jan 27, 2006. Male patient, 65 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with acquired haemophilia and was treated with Glibomet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haematoma. Glibomet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZESTRIL, DOXAZOSIN, AMLODIPINE, LASIX, PREDNISONE, MEPRAL, NOVOSEVEN. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: post procedural haemorrhage. Glibomet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZESTRIL, DOXAZOSIN, AMLODIPINE, LASIX, PREDNISONE, MEPRAL, NOVOSEVEN. Patient died on 09/25/2004.
