Insuline Side Effects Report #5431655-0
Health Professional from TUNISIA reported INSULINE problem on Aug 20, 2007. Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, gastritis, ischaemic stroke and was treated with INSULINE. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage, ischaemic stroke. INSULINE dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with UNIDEX, MANITOL, DOPAMINE, OMEPRAZOLE, PLAVIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/04/2007.
