Consumer or non-health professional from MALAYSIA reported LEVOPHED problem on Aug 23, 2006. Male patient, 63 years of age, was treated with LEVOPHED. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: acidosis, acinetobacter infection, bronchopneumonia, dry gangrene, electromechanical dissociation, enterobacter infection, hyperkalaemia, refusal of treatment by relative, renal failure acute. LEVOPHED dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TIFACOGIN SOLUTION INFUSION, AZITHROMYCIN, HYDROCORTISONE, FUROSEMIDE, SUCRALFATE, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, AUGMENTIN. Patient died on 06/30/2006.

Male patient, 51 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with blood pressure systolic decreased and was treated with LEVOPHED. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: graft complication, infusion site reaction, oedema peripheral. LEVOPHED dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
