After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: accidental overdose, bradycardia, fall, hypotension, respiratory arrest, vomiting. LIBRAX dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CARDIZEM CD, ALCOHOL. Patient died.
