After drug was administered, patient experienced the following problems/side effects: heart rate increased, tachycardia. LIBRAX dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RALOXIFENE, LEVOTHYROXINE, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, CALCIUM CARBONATE. Patient recovered.
